About This Project

Sam Garland is an actor, writer, and producer, who just wrapped a summer on the film festival circuit with her first short “Ella at the Library.”

Her web series “Life Coach: Hot Mess” has been selected as a Kickstart Diversity recipient by Big Vision Empty Wallet, and is currently being pitched to networks and women’s lifestyle websites. Sam’s abiding love for self-development, combined with her innate self-deprecation, make her the perfect person to portray Coach – a woman on the brink, whose desire to help others is challenged by her best friend’s betrayal.

When not writing or acting, Sam can be found gallivanting across the globe in search of her next adventure.
